YBNG stands for “Young Black and Gifted.” Established in 2021 by founder and big brother YBNGReese, the brand was built on purpose, identity, and impact.
“Young” represents an abundance mindset — believing in growth, opportunity, and vision.
“Black” represents strength, resilience, culture, and the powerful characteristics inherited from ancestry.
“Gifted” represents the skills, talents, and creativity used to inspire, uplift, and create positive change in society.
In 2024, YBnGdon helped bring national attention to the brand after going viral in a widely shared video with influencer Zoe Spencer, where he proudly introduced himself by saying: “YBnGdon from DC — Young Black and Gifted, that’s what I stand for, queen.”
