Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits help reserve review time, preparation time, and appointment availability. If YBnGdon cancels, cannot provide the requested service, or determines that the request is not the right fit before work begins, the customer may receive a refund of the applicable deposit or payment. If a customer cancels, misses an appointment, downloads a digital product, or work has already started or been completed, refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on the service stage and the details shown before checkout or confirmation.

Communication Policy

Respectful and professional communication is required at all times. Harassment, spam, abusive behavior, or inappropriate requests may result in refused service.

Clients must provide shoot details, location, schedule, role expectations, wardrobe requirements, and production information. Travel or extended filming may affect pricing.

Brand Collaborations

All collaborations must align with YBnGdon brand values, audience standards, and professional expectations. Not all requests will be accepted.

Confidence Sessions & Fitness Motivation

These services provide motivation, encouragement, accountability, and personal development support. They are not medical advice, therapy, licensed counseling, or certified fitness training.

Paid Shoutouts

Clients must provide the recipient name, occasion, requested message, pronunciation notes, and deadline. Offensive or inappropriate requests may be declined.

Merch & Digital Products

Digital products may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or shared without permission. Product availability and shipping times may vary.

Privacy Policy
