Senior Wellness & Group Fitness Programs

Encouraging, low-impact group movement and wellness sessions for senior living communities, assisted-living residences, independent-living communities, senior centers, and adult day programs. Programs are led by an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and can be adjusted to the facility's general participation needs, available space, and wellness goals.

Chair Movement & Mobility

Gentle seated movement designed to encourage flexibility, coordination, participation, and everyday mobility.

Balance & Stability Awareness

Supported exercises focused on posture, coordination, controlled movement, and general balance awareness.

An interactive session combining light activity, encouragement, positive goal-setting, social engagement, and general wellness education.

Provide the facility name, contact information, estimated attendance, and preferred program schedule.

2. Needs are reviewed

YBnGdon reviews the community type, general mobility needs, location, space, and requested frequency.

3. Proposal is prepared

A proposed format, rate, schedule, and any facility requirements are provided for review.

4. Program is confirmed

The service is confirmed after the facility approves the proposal and completes any required agreement or payment.

Senior Wellness Notice: Programs provide general fitness instruction, movement encouragement, and wellness education. They are not physical therapy, occupational therapy, medical treatment, rehabilitation, nursing care, fall-prevention treatment, or individualized medical exercise. Facility representatives are responsible for identifying participation restrictions, emergency procedures, supervision needs, and any required resident or healthcare authorization. Activities may be modified or discontinued when participation appears unsafe.
